Product instructions?

Where needed, all our products come with full, easy to use, instructions. The instructions are also downloadable from the product page on this website. If there’s anything more you need help with, just email or call us and we’ll be very happy to give you the answer.

Looking for an item, not on the website?

A key part of our business is our innovative design and manufacturing service. Let us know what your requirements are, and we will work with you right through the process from concept to finished item, on schedule and to budget.


All our products carry a full one year guarantee. Just let us know by email or telephone and we’ll replace the product immediately, no issues.

Order & Delivery


As long as your order is with us by midday 12 pm, or you call us later if you’re desperate (these things sometimes happen), we should be able to get your delivery to you the next working day. You will anyway be able to internet track your order, using your order number, at https://www.dpdlocal.co.uk/.

Order confirmations?

We will provide a same day electronic confirmation of your order, whether it's placed by email or telephone, you choose the method most suited to you.

Delivery confirmations?

You will receive emails, and texts if required, confirming a one hour slot for your delivery, with links to amend the delivery timing.


As a default, your delivery will be attempted the next working day. You will receive an e-mail telling you this. We will also contact you to check whether any changes need to be made, or you can make these changes yourself following the links in the email.

General Questions

Need to return a product?

If you need to return products, for whatever reason, contact us and we’ll organise pick up and collection, straightaway. We'll also deliver immediate replacements, if required.

Not happy?

This is one of those situations, when we badly want to hear from you. We put the customer and outstanding customer service, first. Contact us, to make sure you get the situation quickly resolved to your complete satisfaction. We will really want to know where we have failed, and how we can improve our products and service.
